Kingdom Builders

Kingdom Builders – 2026

Becoming a Kingdom-first person begins with putting God’s priorities above our own — caring for the poor, reaching the lost, and growing the Church.

Kingdom Builders is Sozo Church’s initiative to partner with trusted organizations who are transforming lives locally and around the world. Through strategic giving, outreach, and missions support, our vision is to invest in communities, empower leaders, and bring the hope of Jesus wherever it’s needed most.

How do we pay for Kingdom Building projects?

• Through the Kingdom Builders Fund, which is specifically allocated for global missions.

• Every member of Sozo prays and answers God’s call regarding the Kingdom Building Vision. (This is over and above our tithes.)

What about the daily needs of our church?

• Each week, faithful members of Sozo give their tithes (10% of their income) and offerings to the Lord. These funds are placed in a General Fund and used to provide for the daily operations of Sozo. This is God’s plan to support the local church’s mission (Malachi 3:10).

Making friends for eternity.

• At the end of a parable, Jesus said,” Here’s the lesson: Use your worldly resources to benefit others and make friends. Then, when your possessions are gone, they will welcome you to an eternal home.” (Luke 16:9)

• Imagine the day we will be welcomed by new friends in eternity, simply because we chose to invest in God’s Kingdom.

TCUGM

small groups Kennewick focused on faith based discussions

Why we partner:

TCUGM has been a Christ-centered refuge in the Tri-Cities for over 70 years. Their heart is to see the homeless, hopeless, and hurting transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our Goal:

In partnership with TCUGM, we are believing to help provide meals, shelter, and essential services to 3,000 individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.

Bite2Go

family friendly churches in Kennewick offering community support

Why we partner:

One in six children in our region faces food insecurity. Bite2Go ensures that kids have meals for the weekend so they can return to school ready to learn, grow, and thrive.

Our Goal:

Working with 2nd Harvest, we will adopt Amistad Elementary School in Kennewick, providing approximately 4,000 weekend meals to children who need them most.

Our Global Impact Partners

Church Rescue

Tri Cities church with youth ministry and kids programs

Why we partner:

Across the U.S., churches are closing at alarming rates — for every 1,000 churches planted, 2,000 close. Church Rescue exists to coach pastors, strengthen churches, and reignite vision so congregations can thrive.

Our Goal:

By partnering with Church Rescue, we aim to help equip and support 100+ churches in 2026, ensuring pastors are encouraged, resourced, and empowered for healthy ministry.

Convoy of Hope

best youth program in Tri Cities helping students grow

Why we partner:

Convoy of Hope is a faith-driven organization responding to global hunger, natural disasters, and humanitarian crises. Their mission to “feed the world” aligns with our heart for compassion and outreach.

Our Goal:

In partnership with Convoy of Hope, Sozo Church will support their Feed the World Fund, enabling urgent disaster response and ongoing feeding initiatives worldwide.

City of Dreams

Tri Cities church with youth ministry and kids programs

Why we partner:

Much of the Middle East has less than 1 pastor per million people, and under 1% of missionaries and mission giving reaches the region. With billions unreached, City of Dreams Church is taking the Gospel where few ministries go.

Our Goal:

To partner with and expand City of Dreams Church’s mission outreach, supporting their work in Dubai, Pakistan, and Uganda as they take the Gospel to some of the most spiritually underserved regions on earth.
